Biography

Erwin Losekoot holds a BA Hotel & Catering Management from The Scottish Hotel School, University of Strathclyde, UK (1990), an MBA from Einburgh University Management School, UK (1995) and a PhD from Auckland University of Technology, New Zealand (2015). He has worked for hospitality organisations in the USA, England and Scotland and has held lecturing positions at Strathclyde University, UK, Auckland University of Technology and Auckland Institute of Studies, New Zealand, RMIT University, Vietnam, NHL Stenden University of Applied Sciences, The Netherlands and now Edith Cowan University, Perth, Australia. He has published 30 refereed journal papers, 4 book chapters in edited books and presented 55 conference papers and posters. He is interested in hospitality studies and in hospitality in non-hospitality settings such as airports, hospitals and other sectors.
