Biography

She graduated from the Middle East Technical University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences in 1999; received her master's degree in Business Administration from Yeditepe University in 2007; acquired PhD in 2023 at Başkent University, Institute of Social Sciences, Department of Business Administration. She worked in the marketing and sales departments of the finance industry. She worked as Investment Specialist (Capital markets/stocks dealing) and Marketing Specialist (GM, Branches Sales Management/ Sales Coaching) in Branch and Head Office units at Akbank. She worked as a CRM and Campaign Management Specialist (Headquarter, Marketing Department) at Axa Insurance; served as Regional Sales Manager at Oyakbank and Regional Sales Manager at Ing Bank and yet provides services in the consultancy sector in the fields of marketing and sales and continues his academic studies at the same time.
