Biography

My research and outreach programs are aimed at promoting motor competence and physical activity participation, which will impact the long-term development of brain and physical health across the lifespan in those with and without developmental or acquired disabilities. My research employs neurocognitive assessments, movement assessments, and neuroimaging to better understand how motor skills and physical activity participation affect physical and mental health.
