Biography

Gaurav Bhargava (Graduate Student Member, IEEE), a Ph.D. degree in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering from NIT Meghalaya, Shillong, India. He received a B.E. degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from RGPV Bhopal, India, in 2009 and an M.Tech. degree in Microelectronics and VLSI Design from S.G.S.I.T.S. Indore, India, in 2012. He has received a fellowship from the Government of India for pursuing M.Tech. and Ph.D. He got the award of $100 from Maury Microwave for designing a power amplifier in a student design competition. He has 4 journals and 5 conference publications till now. His research interest includes III-V device-based analog circuit design.
