Biography

FAISAL SHEHZAD received BS Software Engineering BS(SE) degree from Government College University Faisalabad (GCUF), Faisalabad, Pakistan in 2018. He has done MS in computer science with the Communication over Sensors (ComSens) Research Laboratory, Department of Computer Science, COMSATS University Islamabad, Islamabad, Pakistan, under the supervision of Dr. Nadeem Javaid. He has 5 research publications in well-reputed international journals and conferences. His research includes Data Science, Smart grid, Blockchain, and Financial market.
I am working as a researcher at the University of Klagenfurt, Austria, and doing a doctorate degree from the same university under the supervision of Professor Jannach Dietmar. Our research group is working on the recommender systems domain where my task is to conduct fair analysis among the existing recommender systems and develop new models using simple and complex methods such as Graph neural networks.
