Bryan's work focuses on engineering teamwork to solve increasingly complex and daunting problems. His activities: Research revealing principles of teams and work as they interact, framed as teams of teams working on technical systems of systems Demonstration of new methods for co-creation of plans by stakeholders including model-based design of strategy, architectures, coordination, and learning given emergent performance of complex projects. Teaching and research on engineering judgement and teamwork through case studies, experiments, analytics, visualization, simulation, and design of performance during real-world complex missions. Leverage of background in strategy and technology development, rollout, and sustainable operations in various domains, including public, aerospace, automotive, heavy machinery, transportation, energy, telecom, and global services.
