Biography

Have experience in Biochemistry , Biotechnology and Microbiology, with an emphasis on Molecular Biology, yeast and bacteria genetic engineering, metabolic engineer and bioinformatics (including protein 3D modeling and docking with ligand molecules). Also have extensive experience with yeasts fermentative processes and yeast metabolic engineering aiming to optimize the production processes of lignocellulosic (2G) ethanol and have 2 years of experience with Microbial Pathogens. Also is enthusiastic about the production of animal-free proteins and new technologies to solve environmental problems and free animals from suffering.
