Biography

Mohamed holds a PhD in Business and Management from the College of Graduate Studies at Universiti Tenaga Nasional (UNITEN) in Kajang, Malaysia. My research interests include human resource agility, continuous improvement, and employee empowerment. With a focus on organizational behaviour and management, I am passionate about studying the various factors contributing to developing agile workforces that can effectively adapt to changing business environments. My work aims to improve the competitiveness of organizations by enhancing employee performance, satisfaction, and well-being. I have published several articles on the topic and am committed to contributing to the academic community in this field.
