Biography

Adelia is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Psychology, Universitas Gadjah Mada, specializing in mental health, suicide, postvention, help-seeking behavior, and self-healing. Her research is predominantly qualitative in nature. Passionate about bridging academic insights with real-world applications, Adelia is particularly dedicated to developing culturally relevant mental health support resources in the Indonesian context.
