Biography
Researcher with a broad interest in the causes and consequences of biodiversity loss, from genes to landscapes. Most work conducted in coastal and marine ecosystems, including seagrass beds, coral reefs, bivalve reefs and macroalgal beds.
Particularly interested in i) effects of biodiversity and biotic interactions for ecosystem resilience to environmental and climate change, ii) the interactions between organism traits, ecosystem processes and services/benefits to society, and ii) ecosystem-based management of natural resources in a changing world.
