Biography

I Gusti Ngurah Widya Hadi Saputra is a dedicated academic and researcher in the field of management. He earned his Bachelor of Management with a focus on Operations Management from Universitas Airlangga, Indonesia, in 2013. He further distinguished himself by graduating as the top student in his M.Sc. in Human Resource Management program at the same university in 2015. Currently, he is pursuing a Ph.D. in Management, specializing in Human Resource Management, at Universitas Airlangga.

As an Assistant Professor at Universitas Pendidikan Nasional, Indonesia, he brings his expertise to both teaching and research. Between 2019 and 2021, he served as the Head of Tracer Study and Alumni, where he played a pivotal role in bridging the gap between universities, alumni, and industries. Since 2021-2024, he has been leading the Creative Economics Studies Centre at Pusat Studi Universitas Pendidikan Nasional. In this capacity, he has led significant research projects and collaborations that promote small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), tourism, and community development. His efforts involve partnerships with a wide range of national and international stakeholders.

His research interests are diverse and include Human Resource and Human Capital Management, Operations Management, and Entrepreneurship. His work is aimed at advancing theoretical knowledge and practical applications in these areas, making significant contributions to the academic community and industry practices.

Through his research and professional engagements, he is committed to fostering innovation and sustainable development. He is always open to collaborative opportunities with fellow researchers, industry practitioners, and policymakers to drive impactful change and advancement in his fields of expertise.
