Biography
Mohammad Ruhul Amin BHUIYAN, born on December, 1974, in Cumilla, Bangladesh, earned his B.Sc. (Hons) and M.Sc. degrees in Applied Physics and Electronics from Rajshahi University in 1994 and 1995, respectively. He completed his Ph.D. in Ternary Semiconductor Thin-Film Materials from Islamic University, Kushtia, Bangladesh, in 2008, with research conducted at the Bangladesh Atomic Energy Centre. Currently a Professor in the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Islamic University, Bangladesh, he conducted post-doctoral research in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Cankiri Karatekin University and Manisa Celal Bayar University, Turkey (TUBITAK Fellowship 2016–2017), as well as at Islamic University (UGC Postdoctoral Fellowship 2022). His current research interests include the simulation and performance enhancement of Junction and Perovskite Solar Cells Material, as well as Nanostructured Thermoelectric Materials. He has authored four books or book chapters and nearly 65 peer-reviewed scientific, international, and national research articles.
