Ehsan Ahvar

Biography

Ehsan Ahvar is a senior staff standardization specialist (Lead Cloud Infrastructure management) at Nokia. Prior to joining Nokia, he was an associate professor at ESIEA graduate engineering school, Paris, France. He did a postdoc at Inria and received a Ph.D. degree in computer science and telecommunications from Telecom SudParis in co-accreditation with the Sorbonne University (Pierre and Marie Curie University-Paris 6). Ehsan has been involved in several national and international projects and published more than 50 documents including book chapters, journal articles, conference papers and patents. His research interests include Cloud computing, Internet of Things (IoT)/Artificial Intelligence of Things (AIoT), 5G/6G with focusing on improving energy consumption and carbon emission. He also served as a guest editor for several special issues in different journals.
