Rasha Abousamra PhD –MPhil – MA – B.COM - HEA- CIPD – NLP. Graduated from British University in Dubai, Maastricht University, and Ain Shams University. Has 23 years of education Bachelor of Business Management and Information Systems experience covering teaching, research, training, and consultation services. Has experience in research including cooperative work covering a number of countries in the MENA region like Egypt, and the GCC countries, and with European educational bodies and research organizations like Middlesex university & Manchester in the UK, Lumbers Institution in the US., and Knowledge Management Organization, in both Slovenia and Germany. She has a distinction in Advanced Quantitative Methods and Analysis, a distinction in Knowledge Management in Projects, a distinction in Business Excellence, and a distinction in Projects and Organizational Sustainability. Her Published work in Springer is mainly related to keywords like Project Management, Knowledge Creation, Entrepreneurship, Virtual Project Teams, Cognitive behavior, Organizational Strategic Performance, and Success. Listed among the top 100 global innovative pioneers in 2020, a best academic innovative faculty member at HCT in 2021, and innovation champion of HCT in 2019, has the Dubai Gov. award of the top innovative projects in HR in 2020 & 2021. Has the Merit of the best employee from 2 universities UOS in the UAE and MSA in ARE. Her first published book was called Design and Develop and is working on a second interdisciplinary one published by Springer. Auditing research in international journals like The International Journal of Business Performance Management, IJBPM, IJCSYSE, IJBEM, IJSTM, and IJEMR.
