Biography

Ian Freckelton AO KC is a King's Counsel in Melbourne Australia. Between 2016 and 2023 he was also a judge of the Supreme Court of Nauru. He is a Professor of Law and a Professorial Fellow of Psychiatry at Melbourne University, an Honorary Professor of Forensic Medicine at Monash University and has been an Adjunct Professor at Johns Hopkins University.
