Biography
Sanjay is Chair professor of Human Resource Management at University of Dundee School of Business. Previously, he worked at Maynooth University, Ireland; Abu Dhabi University, Abu Dhabi, UAE and Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, India.
His research interests include Strategic & International HRM, Global Mobility, Health & Well-being, Knowledge & Innovation Management, Sustainability & Ethics.
He has published in top journals namely, Journal of World Business, British Journal of Management, Journal of Business Research, The International Journal of Human Resource Management, Human Resource Management Review, European Management Review, Asia Pacific Journal of Management, Personality and Individual Differences, Technovation, Industrial Marketing Management, Technological Forecasting and Social Change, International Journal of Marketing Review, IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management, Business Strategy and the Environment, European Management Journal, International Journal of Information Management, and Journal of Knowledge Management.
His teaching interest include International HRM, Management of Change & Innovation, Leadership, Cross Cultural Management, Organizational Development & Change, Global Issues in Business, International Business, Corporate Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Quantitative Research Methods, and Qualitative Research Methods. He has taught courses both face-to-face and online mode (Synchronous as well as Asynchronous E-Learning Platform).
