Biography

I am currently working as a Senior Lecturer at the Dept. of Computer Science and Engineering, Green University of Bangladesh. The primary focus of my research is to analyze Dysregulated Genes, Disease Association Network, Gene Enrichment, Protein-Protein Interaction and co-morbidity of complex disease. Some of my research areas are Bioinformatics, Image Processing, Medical Image Analysis and Signal Processing.
