Biography
I graduated in Physics and Chemistry in 2005 and obtained the Master Degree in Physics and PhD in Physics, respectively in 2008 and 2017. I worked as a teacher in Polytechnic Institute of Viana do Castelo - School of Technology and Management. Currently, I work as a professor in Polytechnic Institute of Cávado e Ave - EST (since 2016), Integrated Member / Researcher at 2Ai - Applied Artificial Intelligence Laboratory of School of Technology at Polytechnic Institute of Cávado and Ave (since 2018) and Member of the Intelligent Systems Associate Laboratory - LASI (since 2021). He is currently focused on the development of theoretical models of lithium-ion batteries through computational simulation, intelligent computational simulation and modelling applied in energy, energy systems, storage energy applications and optimizing battery efficiency using additive manufacturing generative geometries.
