Biography

I graduated from Yeditepe University Faculty of Pharmacy at 2008. Then started her PhD studies in Department of Pharmacognosy at the same year. During my phD studies I worked as a Research Assistant at Yeditepe University Faculty of Pharmacy Department of Pharmacognosy between 2008-2014 and later as a Assistant Professor at Altınbas University School of Pharmacy Department of Pharmacognosy between 2014-2015. Today I work as a head of Pharmacognosy and Pharmaceutical Botany Departments at Acıbadem University from 2014. Shortly I am a skilled Pharmacist with a PhD. in Pharmacognosy. Experienced scientist in isolation and structure analysis of secondary metabolites from medicinal plants, qualitative and quantitative analysis of food and plant extracts (phytochemicals) especially by HPTLC, HPLC, LC-MS and GC, and antioxidant activities of plants as well. Strongly interested in pharmaceutics, phytotherapeutics and nutraceutics.
