Doctor en Ciencias de la Computación. Docente Investigador en la Universidad Nacional de San Agustín de Arequipa-Perú y en el Programa del Diploma del Bachillerato Internacional. actualmente desarrolla asesoría y consultoría en el uso de las Tecnologías de la Información y Comunicación en el ámbito educativo y organizacional, además de temas como la inteligencia artificial aplicada al campo educativo. Dicta conferencias y ponencias sobre el uso de los Sistemas de Información y las Tecnologías de la Información y Comunicación en el área de la educación, en eventos nacionales e internacionales como: Argentina, Brasil, Colombia, Chile, Cuba, México, España, EEUU, Japón, Ámsterdam EEUU, China y España. También realiza análisis, diseño e implementación de aplicaciones y software para la enseñanza-aprendizaje de la Matemática y Física. Ha desarrollado investigaciones e innovaciones en el campo de la tecnología educativa, por lo que ha sido reconocido por el Ministerio de Educación del Perú con: “las Palmas Magisteriales en el Grado de Maestro”, ha obtenido el primer Puesto en el Concurso Nacional “El Maestro Que Deja Huella”; primer puesto en el “Concurso Nacional de Maestros Innovadores de la Microsoft”; primer puesto en el concurso de Innovación Educativa “Educared 2015”. A nivel internacional ha sido reconocido por la INTEL-ISEF en el 2017 y 2018 en EEUU. Tiene publicados libros y varios artículos científicos en revistas indizadas a SCOPUS Y Web of Science.
