Biography
Mrs Asimina Dimara (female) received her diploma in Informatics from Hellenic Open University (HOU) on July 2017. She received her MSc in Research in "Intelligent Computer Systems" in the Aegean University. She is now attending her PhD in university of the Aegean. Since August 2018, she works as a research Associate at the Information and Technologies Institute of the Centre for Research and Technology Hellas (CERTH/ITI). she is currently working on the H2020 PLUG-N-HARVEST EU project, focusing on designing, developing and demonstrating a new modular, plug-n-play concept/product for adaptable dynamic building envelopes that can be deployable to both residential and non-residential buildings and the PRECEPT project focusing on Prescriptive and Proactive buildings. She has authored or co-authored more 5 articles in journals and 20 articles in international conferences. Her main research interests include energy awareness, energy management, energy proactiveness, data analysis & analytics, machine learning, artificial and computational intelligence, neural networks, and time- series prediction.
