Biography
Dr. Renee Owen is a scholar-practitioner in the fields of adult education and educational leadership. Her Doctor of Education Degree is from Teachers College at Columbia University in Adult Learning and Leadership and Organizational Development. Dr. Owen is Assistant Professor of Adult Education and Educational Leadership at Southern Oregon University. She is Editor of the Holistic Education Review. Her primary research interests are in self-organizing governance, racial equity in education, and understanding spirituality in human development.
