Biography

I am currently the Director at PMOD/WRC in Davos, and an affiliated professor at ETH Zürich. My main areas of research are solar flares, coronal mass ejections, and solar wind formation. I am co-PI on the EUV Imager (EUI) and SPICE instruments onboard the ESA Solar Orbiter mission. I am a co-I on the NASA IRIS mission.
