Biography
Carmen Georgeta NICOLAE is a Professor Dr. Habil. and a PhD Coordinator at the Faculty of Animal Productions Engineering and Management, University of Agronomic Sciences and Veterinary Medicine of Bucharest, Romania (https://igpa.ro/articole/137-nicolae-carmen-georgeta). She is the member of the Academy of Agricultural and Forest Gheorghe Ionescu-Șișești, Romania, and in the professional associations. Area of expertise refers to aquaculture and fishery, animal husbandry, food products processing, quality of food products, risk assessment for food, environmental sustainability, management of specific activities of research and the livestock production. The experience in his fields of expertise is reflected in the publication of 14 books or chapter in book, over 240 scientific articles in representative journals and conferences, 3 patent, 34 research projects and over 50 international and national awards. She is a member of the editorial staff and reviewer of scientific journals and national and international.
