Biography

Fandi Achmad received a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Telkom University, Bandung, Indonesia, in 2022. He received his Master of Engineering degree from Telkom University, Bandung, Indonesia, in 2023 with the Fast Track program. He demonstrated his versatility and global mindset by joining a collaborative research program with the Ruhr West University of Applied Sciences, Germany, in 2022-2023.

He is a Lecturer and Researcher at Telkom University, Indonesia. He is a member of the Laboratory of Enterprise Systems and Solutions (ESS) at Telkom University, where he actively contributes to cutting-edge research and fosters a culture of innovation and excellence. His research interests are performance management, innovation management, sustainable innovation, system modeling, and simulation.
