Biography

Deribe Assefa Aga received his PhD in Business organization & Strategy from Tilburg University, the Netherlands in Oct 2016 (with specialization in project management). He completed his Master’s degree in Public Administration from AAU in June 2010, and his undergraduate education in Development Administration from Ethiopian Civil Service University in July 2006. He also has a Diploma in Forestry from Wondo Genet College. Currently, he is an Assistant Professor of public management at Ethiopian Civil Service University. There, he conducts research and teaches in the field of public management, development studies, project management, organizational behavior, and local governance. He has carried out various baseline survey and policy research projects commissioned by Ethio-Engineering Group, Global Research Network on Parliaments and People (UK), FDRE Transport Authority, OSSREA, Ethiopian Management Institute, Haramaya University and Ethiopian Civil Service University.
