Biography
I am currently working on the growth of two-dimensional electron gas (2DEG) at the interface of oxide bilayers. When a ferromagnetic layer is grown on the top of such an oxide bilayer and magnonic spin currents are excited in the ferromagnetic layer, the ferromagnetic layer pumps spin currents into the 2DEG which are then converted into charge currents via the inverse Rashba-Edelstein Effect. I am investigating spin-to-charge conversion in such heterostructures via magneto-transport, spin-Seebeck effect and FMR spin pumping experiments.
