Biography
He has a degree in Economics from the University of Fortaleza (UNIFOR), a Master's degree in Business Management from the Blumenau Regional University (FURB) and a PhD in Administration from the University of São Paulo (FEA-USP). He is currently Professor of the Postgraduate Program in Administration of the Southern University of Santa Catarina (UNISUL). He is a member of the research groups Innovation and Society (UNISUL / CNPQ), Marketing Studies, Market and Brand Strategies (FURB / CNPq) and Marketing and Strategy (UNIMEP / CNPQ). He was visiting professor of the Marketing department of the Technological Institute and of Superior Studies of Monterrey (EL TEC), Mexico. Trained in the Handwerkskammer für München und Oberbayern, Germany. He has professional and academic experience in Administration with emphasis on marketing and sales, and has been researching in the following lines of research: marketing management for retail and distribution channels, strategic marketing planning and marketing diagnosis, service marketing and customer relationship, and marketing for entrepreneurship and small businesses.
