Biography
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry with Technological Assignments (2014-2017), a Master’s degree in Chemistry (2018-2020), and a Ph.D. in Sciences (2020-2024), all obtained from the Institute of Chemistry (IQ) at the University of Campinas (UNICAMP). During my Ph.D. (2023), I completed a research internship at the Cardiff Catalysis Institute, part of the Cardiff University in the United Kingdom. My field of expertise is Inorganic Chemistry, with an emphasis on Materials Science and Heterogeneous Catalysis. I have experience in the preparation, characterization, and application of bulk and supported catalysts, particularly porous solids (molecular sieves, zeolites, and layered silicates), and I am especially interested in investigating the fundamentals of surface properties and catalytic performance. I am currently a postdoctoral researcher at the Brazilian Synchrotron Light Laboratory (LNLS-CNPEM), focusing on time-resolved and in situ 3D X-ray imaging techniques (CDI, BraggCDI) for the characterization of zeolitic catalysts applied in ethanol upgrading reactions. I am also an active member of the Young Researchers Committee of the Brazilian Chemical Society (SBQ).
