Biography

My research explores the development of interdisciplinary learning spaces within leadership education and agriculture, food, and natural resources education. In this work, I focus on empowering formal educators to facilitate these interdisciplinary learning opportunities. In leadership education, I have launched "leadership for sustainability." In education, I have launched "land-based learning." Both ideas are innovations to enhance the quality and interdisciplinary nature of learning.
