Biography

Prof. Ke Huang (born 1983) received his doctorate degree in Material Science and Engineering in 2011 from CEMEF,Mines ParisTech, France. He was postdoc at NTNU from March 2012 to November 2014 and then became a scientist at EPFL until November 2017. Since December 2017, he was appointed as a full professor at the School of Mechanical Engineering, Xi'an Jiaotong University. Prof. Huang's main scientific interests include microstructural evolution during thermo-mechanical processing of metallic materials and its numerical modelling, as well as additive manufacturing of metallic materials.
