Biography
I'm a Great Lakes deepwater fishery biologist interested in aquatic invasive species control and native fish restoration in the Great Lakes. My research involves a multidisciplinary approach - oral history, qualitative grounded theory, science outreach and communication, behavioral ecology, and physiology, to address complex problems relating to the Great Lakes fishery. My current projects focus on restoration of native coregonines (cisco and whitefish) in the Great Lakes.
