Biography
Bryan Souza (he/him) is a computational neuroscience. He has a Bachelor in Science and Technology (2013), and a Master (2015) and a PhD (2018) in Neuroscience by the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN, Brazil). He has already coordinated different outreach projects related to popular education, science communication, cultural heritage and well-being. His main area of research involves investigating the mechanisms of encoding sensory information in rodents, and how this is translated into memory traces. He is currently working as a postdoc in the Donders Institute for Brain, Cognition and Behaviour, at Radboud University in the Netherlands.
