Biography
I am a post-doctoral researcher at the Leuven Institute of Criminology with a PhD in Psychology and Criminology, with a background in Forensic Psychology.
My research focuses on the underlying assumptions of the Good Lives Model of offender rehabilitation in adolescents.
More specifically, I study the relationship between primary human needs, well-being, treatment motivation and delinquency in detained adolescents. I am furthermore interested in offender rehabilitation in general, psychopathy, callous/unemotional traits in youth and recidivism risk assessment.
