Biography
I am a Physiotherapist (2009) with a master degree in Cardiorrespiratory Physiotherapy (2011) and a PhD in Physiotherapy (2016). Currently, I am an Invited Assistant Professor at Faculty of Medicine of University of Porto and Director of Medical Writing at MTG Research & Development Lab. My main clinical interests, in both children and adults are: Asthma, COPD, patient experience, pulmonary rehabilitation and respiratory acoustics. I have co-authored >130 peer reviewed papers, 14 papers in proceedings, 9 book chapters and 2 books (>1700 citations , ISI h-index 22). My research interests are the implementation of health interventions, technologies and m-Health.
