Biography

Peiyuan Guan (S’ 18-M’ 22) received his M.Eng and Ph.D. degrees in software engineering and computer science technology from Central South University, Changsha, China, in 2016 and 2021, respectively. Currently, he is a researcher at the Department of Informatics, University of Oslo. He was a TPC member of the VTC 2020 fall. He was a reviewer for several journals, including IEEE Transactions on Intelligent Transportation Systems, IEEE Transactions on Industrial Informatics, IEEE Transactions on Communications, IEEE Network Magazine, IEEE Internet of Things, ACM transactions on sensor networks, etc. His research interests span several areas in communications and networking, with a focus on edge and distributed computing.
