Biography
I have a degree in Bromatology and Human Nutrition by the Universidad Nacional de la Amazonía Peruana (UNAP). Currently, I am a graduate student in food management with mention in nutrition at UNAP. I have experience as a project research technician and as a research assistant. My area of research includes the utilization and valorization of by-products; microencapsulation techniques (Ionic Gelation, Complex Coacervation); Bioaccessibility in vitro of nutrients.
