Biography
Pengcheng Huang is a professor of School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, Nanchang University, China. He earned his BSc and PhD degrees from Northwest University (2009), and Institute of Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences (2014) under the supervision of Prof. Lanqun Mao, respectively. He was a visiting scholar in Prof. Jing Li’s group in the Department of Chemistry and Chemical Biology at Rutgers University, USA, in 2018-2019. He joined the School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering of Nanchang University in 2014 as a lecturer. He was promoted to an associate professor in 2017, to a professor in 2022. His current research interests are focused on carbon-based nanomaterials, noble-metal nanoparticles/nanoclusters and metal-organic frameworks-based fluorescent and colorimetric probes for biosensing and bioimaging, environmental monitoring, and food quality assessment.
