Highly motivated success orientated senior manager with extensive experience in multiple contexts of Higher Education, the NHS and the Prison Service College, in middle, senior, executive & interim management. an extensive combination of experiences and skills that have a firm foundation in communication, change, governance and strategy, utilising expertise, academia, leadership and innovation. Passion for integrated education/working plus global mental health discrimination . My considerable experience includes clinical, operational, strategic, interim, finance, change & project management; coaching, mentoring, quality enhancement; research; homicide investigations; Governor NHS Foundation Trust; Executive Board member, curriculum development, educational quality. GP Practice Patient group member, CQC Clinical/Professional Adviser and a fervent supporter of equality and service user & carer involvement.

Primary research interest is in Mental Health, Global Mental Health, De-stigmatization and Lived Experience.
