Biography
Arafat Toghan received his BSc degree in 1999 and MSc in 2004 from South Valley University (SVU), Egypt, and his PhD (Physical Chemistry) in 2012 from Hannover University, Germany. In 2018, he was appointed Associate Professor at SVU. Since January 2024, he has been promoted to Full professor of Physical Chemistry, SVU, Egypt. He also currently works as a Professor at the College of Science, IMSIU, Saudi Arabia. His research interests are in the fields of Electrochemistry, Heterogeneous catalysis and Surface science.
