Biography
MD, PhD, Academic and technical leader in Henan Province, China, and outstanding young science and technology expert in Henan Province, currently serving as the Dean of the Reproductive Health Hospital of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University, Henan, China.
Secretary-General of the Asia-Pacific Fertility Preservation Society, member of the 4th Youth Committee of the Chinese Medical Association, standing committee member of the Reproductive Health Branch of the China Maternal and Child Health Association, and editorial board member of the Chinese edition of "Human Reproduction Update."
Engaged in the clinical practice, scientific research, and teaching of reproductive medicine for a long time, dedicated to the research on epigenetic regulation and the safety of offspring through assisted reproductive technologies. During the doctoral period, visited Harvard University for academic exchange, systematically studying epigenetics and basic experimental techniques. As the principal investigator, participated in the National Key Research and Development Program of China, "Reproductive Health and Protection of Women and Children's Health" with the key project on the clinical cohort and intervention study of genetic issues in offspring via assisted reproduction (Approval No.: 2021YFC2700602) and the key project on the research of key technologies and system construction for the prevention and treatment of embryonic diseases (Approval No.: 2022YFC2703505). Through involvement in the aforementioned research projects, accumulated rich experience in cohort construction, experimental design, data analysis, and paper writing.
As the first author or corresponding author, published over 30 SCI papers in journals such as Human Reproduction Update and Fertility and Sterility. As co-first author or co-corresponding author, published 10 SCI papers in journals including Cell Death & Differentiation, Molecular Therapy: Nucleic Acids, and Genome Biology. Participated in publishing one paper in the JAMA journal. The research primarily described the safety of Preimplantation Genetic Testing (PGT) technology through cohort studies, and explored the mechanisms related to pregnancy-induced hypertension caused by PGT through basic research and animal experiments.
