Biography

I am interested in the development of health behaviour interventions that are based in real-world settings, with particular emphasis on reducing gender health disparities. My research focuses on understanding the wider societal and contextual factors that influence women’s health behaviours through mixed-methods, participant-centred physical activity and exercise research. I’m the founder of the Invisible Sportswomen international research group.
