Biography

Mohammad Zarei, PhD, is an Associate Professor of Management at NLA University College, in Norway. He is responsible for delivering courses in Leadership and Entrepreneurship. He supervises undergraduate and graduate students and maintains a publication record in the Chartered Association of Business Schools (ABS) academic journals, such as Journal of Business Research. Prior to joining NLA, served as an Associate Professor at the Centre for Applied Research (SNF) at the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH), where he earned his PhD in Strategy and Management in 2024. With a continued participation in management consulting, since 2015. He is dedicated to exploring the sociopsychological dynamics of leadership and entrepreneurship, with a particular interest in their influence on the employees' attitude, motivation and behavior.
