Biography

Mats Fred is an assistant senior lecturer in Public Administration at the Department
of Political Science at Lund University. Following his doctoral work
on projectification (2018), Mats has been engaged in research on temporary
and ‘experimental’ forms of organization and governance in local and regional
government as well as in the context of public transport.
