Biography
Ph.D. in Law. Attorney at law.
Adjunct Professor at the Chair of Civil Procedure at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University.
Doctoral degree obtained on the basis of a dissertation entitled "Termination of the Civil Proceedings in Contentious Matters" awarded by the Faculty Council of the Jagiellonian with Magna Cum Laude (Honourable Mention).
He graduated with honours from the Faculty of Law and Administration in Jagiellonian University on the basis of his dissertation entitled "Arbitration Agreement".
Graduate of the American Law Program of the Jagiellonian University and The Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law in Washington. Participant of the 17th International Arbitration Moot Competition (he represented the Jagiellonian University in the written stage of the competition).
He completed his attorney's training programme at the Regional Bar in Cracow.
Member of the Scientific Society of the Civil Procedural Law Academics (“Towarzystwo Naukowe Procesualistów Cywilnych”) and the Allerhand Institute Academic Association
