Biography
Derson Lopes-Jr holds a PhD in Business Administration (Unicamp) and a Master in Business Administration (FECAP). Vice President of R&D / e-Learning at Aspectum, Coordinator of the MBA in Leadership and Volunteer Management at UNASP, Leader Partner at GOTT and Coordinator of APAC's Corporate University. He has the PMP (Project Management Professional) certification, specialization in Finance and Distance Learning Management, degrees in Business Administration, Accounting and Theology. He worked as General Coordinator of Graduate Programs, Coordinator and Professor of Business Management Technologists and Bachelor courses, Graduate Professor and Regional Manager. He performed professional activities in the areas of leadership, project management, third sector management, entrepreneurship and small and medium companies management. Develops practical and academic work on organizational change and behavior, spirituality in organizations, volunteering and corporate social responsibility, strategy and leaders' formation. He participated in volunteer projects in several countries, including Bangladesh, where he served for 6 months as a project manager for ADRA. He is the author of the books Project Management for Everyone's Reach, The Power of Volunteering, Business Strategy and Administration of the Missional Church.
