Biography

Born and raised in Vietnam, I've always looked for opportunities to go overseas and explore the world. In 2010, I received a full scholarship to study "The Great Books Program" at St. John's College in Santa Fe, NM, and this education has been a life-changing experience for me. While immersing in the knowledge of the great books, I became fascinated in learning about biology and medicine. In 2014 I started my Ph.D. training in immunology at the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
