Biography

I have a passion for finding out people's individual stories and connecting communities with research. After more than 20 years of working in biomedical research, science publishing, journalism and the voluntary sector, I now apply all these experiences and skills to bringing the patient's and carer's voice into improving how research is done. My current work focuses on brain health and disease, particularly dementia, and mental health conditions including depression and psychotic disorders.
