Biography

Nutritionist graduated from the University of Western São Paulo in Presidente Prudente (UNOESTE); Ph.D. in Sciences from the Faculty of Medicine of the University of São Paulo (FMUSP). Master’s degree in Sciences from UNOESTE; Multidisciplinary Specialization in Oncology from the Albert Einstein Israeli Institute; Specialization in Teaching and Learning Assessment and Distance Learning Tutoring from UNOESTE. Currently, she is a faculty member at the University of Western São Paulo (UNOESTE) and a researcher at the Laboratory of Nutrition and Metabolic Surgery of the Digestive System (LIM 35 - Metanutri) at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of São Paulo (FMUSP). She has experience in clinical nutrition, with a focus on the treatment of ill and critically ill patients, microbiota, autoimmune diseases, oncology, nutritional assessment, and teaching and research in nutrition.
