Biography

Clara M. G. Lima is a Ph.D. student member of the Research Group “Quantitative Food Microbiology" at the State University of Campinas (UNICAMP), Brazil. Her PhD research is about the quality and safety assessment of plant-based ingredients and milks. She completed her Master's degree in Food Science at the Federal University of Lavras (UFLA), working in the line of research entitled "Physical, Chemical, Biochemical, Microbiological and Sensory Evaluation of in natura, Processed and Minimally Processed Vegetables". Ms Lima got a degree in Food Engineering at the Federal Institute of Northern Minas Gerais (IFNMG) after a two-year scientific activity linked to a scholarship win.
